Q2 2026 GREATER TORONTO AREA INDUSTRIAL MARKET REPORT

The GTA industrial market is showing signs of stabilization after several quarters of rising vacancy. Overall vacancy declined to 3.8% in Q2 2026, while availability fell to 5.5% as leasing activity strengthened and the development pipeline continued to shrink.
